1. Acceptance and Agreement
When a member completes the registration process or begins using the services provided by the MLS Official Website, the member acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all contents of these Terms of Service.MLS Official Website reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any revised Terms will be published on this Website. MLS Official Website will not provide individual notifications to members. Members are encouraged to review the latest version of these Terms regularly.
By continuing to use this Website after any modification or update, the member shall be deemed to have understood and accepted such changes.
If a member does not agree with any amendment or update to these Terms, or does not accept any provision herein, the member shall immediately discontinue use of the Website services. 2. Membership Registration
Members agree to the following:- Members shall provide accurate and up-to-date personal information according to the registration process of this Website and shall not register using another person’s identity.
- Each member may only register one account and shall not create duplicate accounts.
- Members should update their personal information whenever necessary to ensure accuracy and to receive the best services provided by this Website.
- If a member provides incorrect or false information, fails to provide required information, provides incomplete information, or creates duplicate accounts, MLS Official Website reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the member’s account and refuse access to Website services.

4. Member Account and Password
During registration, members will create a designated account and password for identification and access to this Website.Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account and password.

Member responsibilities:

5. Member Obligations
Members agree not to use this Website for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner and shall comply with applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and general internet usage practices.Members outside the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall also comply with applicable laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions.
Members shall not use this Website to engage in activities that infringe upon the rights of others or violate laws, including but not limited to:
Publishing or transmitting any false, defamatory, insulting, obscene, threatening, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate text, images, or files.
Publishing, transmitting, or distributing spam, unlawful messages, or advertisements without authorization from MLS Official Website; or infringing upon or damaging the reputation, privacy rights, trade secrets, intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, and patents), or other legitimate rights of MLS Official Website or any third party.

Members may unsubscribe or refuse to receive marketing communications at any time through the methods provided in such communications. Upon receiving a member’s request to stop receiving marketing messages, MLS Official Website will cease sending such communications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Suspension or Interruption of Services
MLS Official Website will use reasonable technical methods to maintain the normal operation of this Website and its services.However, MLS Official Website reserves the right to suspend or interrupt Website services under any of the following circumstances:
Necessary maintenance, repair, or construction of Website-related electronic communication equipment.
Unexpected failure of electronic communication equipment.
Suspension of electronic communication services applied for by MLS Official Website, resulting in the inability to provide services.

9. Refusal or Termination of Membership Services
Members agree that Wan Li Xiang Official Website may, for reasons including but not limited to maintaining Website security and management, terminate or suspend a member’s password, account (or any part thereof), or access to Website services if:The member has not used the account for an extended period; the member violates these Terms; the member engages in inappropriate use of the Website.
MLS Official Website may remove or delete relevant member content stored on the Website.
If a member’s use of the Website services is terminated, the member agrees that, unless otherwise required by law, MLS Official Website shall not be liable to the member or any third party for such termination.
